I am working with a well-established, Canterbury-based business specialising in HVAC and electrical services who are seeking a skilled Electrician to join their growing team. With a strong pipeline of residential and commercial work, this is a great opportunity to get stuck into a diverse range of projects.This is a hands-on position suited to a qualified Electrician with experience or interest in HVAC systems. You will be responsible for a mix of installation, maintenance, and fault-finding tasks across a range of residential and light commercial sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform electrical installations, servicing, and maintenance
- Support the integration of HVAC systems and controls
- Diagnose and resolve electrical faults efficiently
- Ensure work complies with all safety standards and regulations
- Collaborate with technicians and site managers to deliver quality outcomes
About You:
- Holds a current EWRB Practising Licence (required)
- HVAC experience or a strong understanding of heating and cooling systems
- Proven electrical experience in residential and/or commercial settings
- Full New Zealand driver’s licence
- Professional, reliable, and safety-conscious
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
