About the Role:
We are seeking a hard-working and reliable Assembly Person to join our team. You’ll be assembling brand new agricultural spraying equipment to a high standard, ensuring accuracy and quality, as well as assisting in other areas such as dispatch and deliveries when needed but not limited too.

This role is hands-on and will involve lifting products that can weigh up to 25 kg. You’ll need to be able to think on your feet and work unsupervised when required.
Key Responsibilities:- Assemble brand new agricultural spraying equipment to a high standard, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Read and follow pick lists accurately to prepare and complete orders.
- Assist with dispatching customer orders.
- Lift products weighing up to 25 kg as part of daily tasks.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work area.
- Work closely with a small, supportive team.
- Assist with deliveries when required.
- Operate forklift (training provided if needed).
- Meet deadlines and production targets.
- Adapt to changing priorities and follow instructions.
- Work independently and solve problems as they arise
- Pride in your work
- Hard-working with a positive, “can-do” attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 25 kg regularly.
- Able to read and understand pick lists accurately.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
- Good time management skills.
- Fast learner who can work independently or as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible.
- Ability to think on your feet and work unsupervised.
- Forklift experience is an advantage but not essential.
- Mechanical & Basic Electrical background is an advantage.
- Willing to help in other areas of the business when needed.
- Basic Computer Skills
