Assembly Superstar - Hawera

This role is hands-on and will involve lifting products that can weigh up to 25 kg. You’ll need to be able to think on your feet and work unsupervised when required.

• Assemble brand new agricultural spraying equipment to a high standard, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Read and follow pick lists accurately to prepare and complete orders.
• Assist with dispatching customer orders.
• Lift products weighing up to 25 kg as part of daily tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work area.
• Work closely with a small, supportive team.
• Assist with deliveries when required.
• Operate forklift (training provided if needed).
• Meet deadlines and production targets.
• Adapt to changing priorities and follow instructions.
• Work independently and solve problems as they arise
• Pride in your work

• Hard-working with a positive, “can-do” attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 25 kg regularly.
• Able to read and understand pick lists accurately.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Good time management skills.
• Fast learner who can work independently or as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible.
• Ability to think on your feet and work unsupervised.
• Forklift experience is an advantage but not essential.
• Mechanical & Basic Electrical background is an advantage.
• Willing to help in other areas of the business when needed.
• Basic Computer Skills
