About the Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role is key to ensuring the efficient flow of freight through our depot and supporting the wider distribution team.You will assist in the day-to-day operations, ensuring timely movement of freight. You will help manage labour and overtime to control operational costs. A key part of the role is maintaining depot equipment and ensuring safe working practices are followed.
You will contribute to the branch performance targets, H&S compliance, and provide support to teams, including fleet.
About You- Proven experience in a logistics, warehousing, or transport operations environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
