We’re looking for a skilled fabricator and welder to join our team, working with aluminium and steel to produce top-tier horse floats and trailers. If you have experience in aluminium welding and steel fabrication—with or without coach building experience—you could be a great fit!

The Role:We’re looking for a skilled fabricator and welder to join our team, working with aluminium and steel to produce top-tier horse floats and trailers. If you have experience in aluminium welding and steel fabrication—with or without coach building experience—you could be a great fit!
This role offers variety, hands-on work, the use of a range of materials and machines and the opportunity to develop new skills and experience in a supportive team environment.
Responsibilities:- Fabricate and assemble aluminium and steel components for floats and trailers.
- Perform welding tasks with precision and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Follow quality assurance protocols to ensure the highest standards of workmanship are met.
- Deal and interact with customers, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Contribute to a positive work environment and ensure the success and enjoyment of everyone involved.
- Proven experience in aluminium welding and steel fabrication.
- Coach building experience preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
