This is a fixed term position until June 2026, working part time morning shifts. Shifts are 7 on 7 off Monday - Sunday rostered; AM shifts are between 7:30am 3:30pm. In this role you will have the opportunity to interact with a range of services like Medical, Nursing, Clerical, Orderlies and Clinical staff to name a few.You will also have the opportunity to use your excellent customer service skills while talking to our patients, their families, visitors and general practitioners.About YouYou will be required to ensure the wards are maintained and prepared for patient admission.
Effective recording and filing of patient information is a mandatory requirement.To be successful:You must have gained a NCEA level qualificationProven Customer Service experienceIntermediate level of computer experience or literacyKnowledge of iPMS/WiMS is desirable but not essentialWorking at Health New ZealandHealth New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is dedicated to ensuring excellent healthcare for the people of New Zealand.
