In this role, you'll be the key point of contact for your clients; guiding them through every stage of the journey, from the first sketch to the final install.
What you'll be doing- Managing the full kitchen design process from initial lead to project delivery
- Meeting with clients to understand their needs, style, and budget
- Producing detailed designs, plans, and quotes
- Coordinating with internal joinery, manufacturing, and installation teams to ensure a seamless process
- Proven experience in kitchen design 3-5 years
- Strong customer service skills, you genuinely care about creating a great experience
- Attention to detail with a practical understanding of design and layout
- Confident communicator with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
