Pharmacy dispensary technician

We are offering a full time (30+ hours) for weekdays, fortnight Saturday position from 9am to 2pm (hours negotiable) or more frequent. Days and hours are negotiable to suit both parties. Part-time application is considered.

The position is suitable for a newly qualified technician or a veteran tech with years of experience. Technician in training will be considered.

We are situated centrally on the main avenue in Whanganui with diverse range of patients and customers. The pharmacy operates 6 days a week with a good balance between dispensary and retail work.

We are a small, tightly knitted team of people. Successful applicant will be working with a pharmacist, 2 technicians, a retail manager and 2 retail assistants.

Ongoing training and engagement with various aspects of the pharmacy operation will be provided. Someone with a passion about customer service, accurate dispensing practice, excellent communication skills, retail enthusiasm, would be perfect to fit into our team.
