About the Role:
Oversee project progress, quality assurance, and timely completion.
Coordinate site logistics, scheduling, workforce allocation, and material delivery.
Assist in preparing project documentation, including progress reports and compliance records.
3+ years’ experience in site management or construction project coordination.
NZQCF Level 5 or above qualification in construction or architecture.
Strong leadership experience guiding teams on construction sites.
Confident in reading technical drawings, taking measurements, and understanding project specifications.
Experience coordinating both residential and commercial projects.
Preferred Skills: Ability to assist with visualizing project finishes and preparing client presentations (knowledge of SketchUp, Revit and V-Ray is a plus).
Support clients with color selection and texture finishes for optimal results.
We are seeking an experienced, reliable, and well-organized Site Supervisor to support the management of our plastering and painting projects. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth site operations, high-quality finishes, and excellent client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise on-site plastering and painting teams to ensure a high standard of workmanship.
Read and interpret project plans, specifications, and technical drawings.Oversee project progress, quality assurance, and timely completion.
Coordinate site logistics, scheduling, workforce allocation, and material delivery.
Assist in preparing project documentation, including progress reports and compliance records.
Monitor project budgets and support effective cost control measures.
Requirements:
Based in Tauranga, with flexibility to travel to nearby sites within the Bay of Plenty region.3+ years’ experience in site management or construction project coordination.
NZQCF Level 5 or above qualification in construction or architecture.
Strong leadership experience guiding teams on construction sites.
