Experienced Spray Painter - Steel Windows & Doors | Immediate Start - Northshore, Auckland

This is your chance to get on a clean floor, with a professional crew, producing high-end steel window and door systems that actually matter. We're after a spray painter who's meticulous, knows their materials, and doesn't cut corners.

You'll be working in a purpose-built facility in Northshore — full-time, permanent hours, painting premium steel products for the residential and commercial market. We back quality here. If you do too, you'll fit right in.

• $32-$34 per hour (based on experience)

• Surface prep: sanding, cleaning, and priming steel frames
• Spray painting using enamels, polyurethanes, and other finishes
• Inspecting final product quality and touching up as needed
• Keeping a clean, safe work area and following all H&S procedures
• Working alongside production to meet deadlines without compromising standards

• Proven experience as a spray painter, ideally with steel/metal
• Strong knowledge of paint types, prep methods, and application techniques
• High attention to detail — we're talking clean lines and consistent coats
• Ability to work independently but also pull your weight in a team
• Solid understanding of health & safety in a spray environment
