Position Overview:
We’re looking for experienced Pipe Relining Crew and Site Foremen to join our team. This is a great opportunity for those who want more than just a job — it’s a chance to help shape a growing business, work with the latest tech, and build a career in a company that does things the right way.
You’ll work on a variety of trenchless and civil infrastructure projects, both locally and nationally — so travel will be required, and flexibility and reliability are key.
We’re Currently Hiring For:
- Pipe Relining Crew
- Site Foremen
We’re seeking experienced individuals with a background in:
- UV pipe relining or other trenchless rehabilitation methods
- CCTV pipe inspections and reporting
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain modern UV relining and CCTV equipment
- Carry out pipe preparation, liner installations, and inspection reporting
- Assist with other general civil works as required
- Maintain a strong focus on health, safety, and quality at all times
- Collaborate with project engineers, supervisors, and site crews to align with project goals, promote innovation, and ensure safe, high-quality delivery
- Work throughout NZ — travel is a core part of the role
- Lead and support crews on-site (for Foreman roles)
Requirements:
- Proven experience in pipe relining, CCTV inspection, or civil infrastructure work
- Reliable, hard-working, and a team player with a safety-first mindset
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Physically fit and able to work in varied and potentially extreme conditions (heat, cold, confined spaces, dust, noise, etc.)
- Demonstrated commitment to high safety standards and quality outcomes
- Full driver's licence - Class 2 licence (advantageous)
- Confined Space and Working at Heights certifications (preferred)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
