The Role
As Project Manager, you will take the helm of diverse civil projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for driving both the operational delivery and commercial success of your portfolio. This involves leading project teams, managing client relationships, overseeing financial performance and contracts, and ensuring a world-class safety culture on-site.
The Ideal Candidate- 7+ years of project management experience within the New Zealand civil construction sector.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen with strong experience in budgeting, contract management (NZS3910), and financial reporting.
- A proven track record of operational excellence and successfully delivering civil infrastructure projects.
- A natural leader with strong communication skills and the ability to motivate teams.
- A relevant tertiary qualification (e.g., Civil Engineering) or equivalent practical experience.
- A top-tier salary package from $140,000 - $160,000 + vehicle and benefits.
