- Role Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a passionate sales team to meet and exceed targets
- Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high store standards
- Drive visual merchandising, stock management, and promotional campaigns
- Manage store operations, including rostering, reporting, and inventory
- Train and mentor team members, creating a positive and high-performing culture
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations
- About You:
- Proven retail management experience (sportswear or fashion preferred) of 2 years
- A diploma in relevant field or any Bachelors degree may substitute the work experience required
- A natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Sales-driven with excellent problem-solving ability
- Energetic, self-motivated, and passionate about sport and lifestyle brands
- Available for weekend and public holiday work as required
