The Role
You will be operating Bobcat and skid steer machinery on active civil and construction sites. This is hands on, consistent work for experienced operators only.
What a day in the life looks like:- Operating Bobcat and skid steer machines on site
- Earthmoving, grading, backfilling, and site prep
- Using attachments confidently and safely
- Working alongside other trades and machine operators
- Staying productive, precise, and safety focused
- Minimum 2 years Bobcat or skid steer operating experience
- Confident, experienced operator, not entry level
- Full Class 1 licence with WTR endorsement
- Strong site awareness and safe machine handling
- Reliable work ethic and ability to relocate to Australia
- Able to pass a drug test
