We’re currently seeking askilled Diagnostic Technicianto join aprestigious, premium-brand dealership in Auckland. About the role:This isn’t your average workshop gig. You’ll be diagnosing complex faults, working with advanced diagnostic tools and systems, and collaborating with a high-performing team in a clean, well-equipped, and modern dealership environment. You’ll play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by ensuring vehicles are fixed right – the first time.
What we’re looking for:
- Trade qualification as an Automotive Technician (Level 4 or equivalent)
- Proven experience in a Diagnostic Technician or Master Technician role
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills across modern vehicle systems
- Ability to interpret wiring diagrams, scan data, and technical bulletins
- Experience working with premium or European vehicles is a big plus
- Confident using manufacturer diagnostic software and equipment
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
- A proactive, can-do attitude with pride in quality workmanship
- A full NZ driver’s licence (clean preferred)
