Courier driver

We are currently seeking experienced and reliable courier/mail delivery drivers for NZ Post to join our Christchurch team. The role will involve driving throughout the rural area. The position is a full-time permanent position with a minimum of 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle.
Assist with client queries.
Complete all required delivery paperwork.
Ensuring parcels are sorted and transported in conditions that will maintain their quality.
Meet delivery timeframes.
Reporting vehicle maintenance needs.
Relevant work experience will be beneficial.
Have good attention to detail.
Have good communication skills.
license as a prerequisite to obtaining employment.
The pay rate will be $24 per hour.

Your job duties will include :
Deliveries- Picking up courier goods from the supplier, delivering goods to customers.

The ideal candidate must :
Have a clean Class 1 NZ full driver's license.Relevant work experience will be beneficial.
Have good attention to detail.
Have good communication skills.
Be physically fit.
Undergo pre-employment drug and alcohol test, toro verification for drivinglicense as a prerequisite to obtaining employment.
Have a clear criminal record.
