Tradestaff Christchurch are hiring for an experienced Class 5 Driver to join a bulk haulage team in North Canterbury. This is a full-time, ongoing role where you’ll put your Road Ranger skills to work in local civil and earthworks projects. If you’ve got solid truck driving experience and want a stable, hands-on driving position, this is a fantastic opportunity.
Location: North CanterburyStart date: Immediate start available
Pay rate: $33–35 per hour (paid weekly)
Your role will include:
- Local bulk earthworks and civil truck driving
- Operating Road Ranger trucks for tipping and haulage
- Assisting with site deliveries and material movements
- Working safely on active civil construction sites
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- A current Class 5 licence (manual Road Ranger experience required)
- 3+ years’ proven experience as a Class 5 driver
- Strong civil and/or bulk haulage background
- Reliability, punctuality, and a safety-first attitude
- Flexibility to adapt to different site requirements
- Weekly pay
- On-site parking
- All PPE needed provided
- Potential for ongoing work and full time work hours (7:30am-5:00pm)
