Roadtranz Limited is currently seeking a reliable and motivated Class 2 Truck Driver to join our team based in New Plymouth.
This role is ideal for someone who is physically fit, safety-focused, and committed to delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities- Safe and efficient delivery of goods
- Loading, unloading, and securing heavy loads
- Meeting delivery schedules and deadlines
- Maintaining high safety standards at all times
- Providing professional customer service
- Completing daily driving and operational duties responsibly
- Valid New Zealand Class 2 Truck Licence
- Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Reliable, punctual, and motivated attitude
- Strong commitment to health and safety
- Clean criminal record
- Must be drug-free with no drink-driving history
- No history of serious back injury preferred
- Early starts and occasional late finishes may be required
- Heavy lifting and physical work involved
- Pay rate will be discussed based on experience
