Domino's Greerton is part of Sokhal and Sons Limited, a dynamic pizza delivery and retail operation serving the Tauranga community. We are looking to expand our management team with an experienced and driven Store Manager who can elevate our store operations and lead our team to excellence.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Store Manager to lead our Greerton store and take ownership of all operational aspects. You will be the driving force behind our store's success, ensuring exceptional customer experiences while optimising profitability and team performance.
As Store Manager, you will work independently yet collaboratively to manage a team of 15 staff members across various shifts. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to step into a leadership position with genuine responsibility and growth potential.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operations & Stock Management- Determine optimal product mix and stock levels to maximise sales and minimise waste - Conduct regular stock audits and maintain accurate inventory records
- Implement data-driven forecasting and supplier relationship management
- Ensure efficient stock rotation and replenishment
- Formulate and implement purchasing policies that optimise margins
- Develop and set pricing strategies aligned with market conditions
- Undertake budgeting for the establishment and manage expenses
- Maintain comprehensive records of all financial transactions
- Analyse sales reports and financial metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- Promote and advertise the establishment's goods and services through local campaigns - Develop marketing strategies to drive customer footfall and increase sales
- Sell goods and services to customers with professionalism and product knowledge - Advise customers on product use and build customer loyalty
- Set service standards and ensure consistent delivery across all shifts
- Control selection, recruitment, and onboarding of staff members
- Conduct training and provide coaching to develop team performance
- Supervise daily operations and ensure staff adherence to standards
- Create rosters based on workload requirements and staff availability
- Foster a positive, high-performance culture where team members thrive
- Manage staff performance and provide constructive feedback
- Ensure full compliance with occupational health and safety regulations - Implement and enforce health and safety policies
- Maintain workplace cleanliness and food safety standards - Keep accurate records and documentation
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
- Strong leadership and team coaching abilities
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Ability to drive sales growth and profitability
- Customer service excellence mentality
