Job Description
We’re currently looking fora Sterilization Assistant tojoin our friendly practice. If you’re reliable, hands-on, and enjoy working in a clinical environment, we’d love to hear from you!
You’ll play an important role in maintaining exceptional hygiene and safety standards across the clinic.
Key responsibilities:
- Cleaning, sterilising, and maintaining dental instruments
- Monitoring and recording sterilisation processes
- Supporting infection control procedures
- Assisting with stock management
- Helping with room turnaround and setup
- Providing occasional chairside or reception support (training provided)
Hours for this role:
- Tuesday to Thursday: 09:00am – 5:00pm
Qualifications
About You
You’re a dependable, positive team player who enjoys working behind the scenes and isn’t afraid to get stuck in.- Strong attention to detail
- Well organised and able to multitask
- Proactive with a “can-do” attitude
- Great communication and teamwork skills
- Comfortable handling used medical equipment
- Honest, reliable, and hardworking
- Willingness to learn and adapt across different tasks
- Previous experience in a dental or medical setting is an advantage (but not essential)
