About the Role
We are looking for an approachable and self-motivated Customer Experience Team Member - Trade Sales to join the Cirtex Customer Experience Team. While this role is based at our Wiri Warehouse location, and you'll be a part of the larger Operations Warehouse team, you'll also be an integral part of a wider Customer Experience team that operates across multiple locations within the business.
We're looking for a candidate with customer service and contact centre experience who is confident both on the phone and in person, as the Trade Desk balances face-to-face and phone based interactions. No prior industry knowledge is needed as on-the-job training is provided.

- Assist customers with orders, transactions, and inquiries.
- Manage stock, returns, and inventory oversight.
- Process sales, invoices, and payments.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting.
- Support new team members and onboarding.
- Maintain product displays to company standards.
- Contribute to business improvements and key projects.
