Office Assistant Building company
We are well established and growing Property Investment and development company.
Due to company growth our office manager needs someone to assist in a number of areas.
Primarily the position will involve data entry to assist with accounts and administration of building projects. Knowledge of MYOB AccountRight is preferred.
Social media mastery would be great as we also need someone to oversee and manage our social media profile across multiple companies. If you have an understanding of using Facebook, Insta, snapchat, Tik Tok for marketing and promotion and understand how to operate the back-end advertising and metrics this will be huge advantage and a growing part of the role.
The ability to learn and drive various AI aps that will help streamline what we do would be a huge advantage including:
- Replit , for creating workflow aps
- Wix, or similar for websites
- Archisynth, for 3d rendering
- Chat GPT, Grok, etc
- And numerous other specific aps.
This will initially be a part time position, but we anticipate it will grow to be full time.
