Career Force Training & Support Lead

We're looking for a dynamic Training & Support Lead to lead and manage Career Force training initiatives nationwide. In this pivotal role, you'll oversee staff enrolment and programme completion, identify training gaps, and ensure alignment with compliance and service standards.

Royal District Nursing Service (RDNS NZ) are a leading national provider of home and community-based healthcare with an excellent reputation for providing the best in care for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Career Force enrolment and completion across all sites.
  • Optimise the use of our learning platform (Bridge).
  • Monitor training effectiveness and report progress monthly.
  • Support staff engagement, literacy, and accessibility in learning.

What you bring:

  • Experience in training or compliance (ideally in healthcare/community care).
  • Strong LMS and reporting skills.
  • Passion for workforce development and continuous improvement.
  • Careerforce Assessor level 4.

Desirable:

  • Adult education experience and knowledge of literacy support strategies
  • Be part of a team committed to quality care and professional growth.
