Medical Receptionist

• Permanent Full Time and Part Time roles available
• Minimum 24 Hours Per Week
• Based in our busy Urgent Care and General Practice facility

Are you a people person who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment? We're looking for Medical Receptionist Superstars to join our dedicated team at Silverdale Medical.

• Permanent Full Time (40 Hours) - varied shifts, flexibility required.
• Permanent Part Time (Min 24 Hours) - Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday - 11:45am to 8:15pm
• Permanent Part Time (Min 24 Hours) - Thursday, Friday and Saturday 11:45am to 8:15pm

• Ongoing patient care (e.g., patients still waiting to be seen)
• Clinical staff still attending to patients
• Awaiting ambulance transfers or handovers

These circumstances are often outside of our control, and as such, flexibility is essential to ensure quality patient care and support for the clinical team.

• Excellent customer service
• Professional presentation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to deal with people of all ages and backgrounds in a respectful, calm, and caring manner
• Strong computer literacy in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with high call volumes and experience in responding to emails, and patient inquiries
• Accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments
• Exceptional accuracy and high attention to detail
• Punctuality and good time management
• Indici PMS knowledge would be an advantage but not essential
• Someone who prides themselves in being part of a busy and high performing team
• Maintain accurate patient records and confidentiality
