This is an exciting opportunity for you to join our supply chain team at Te Whatu Ora Hauora o Toi Bay of Plenty as a customer services store person. Bring your supply chain experience to an established team providing high quality and efficient supply service to community based patients, wards, and departments of Te Whatu Ora Hauora a Toi Bay of Plenty.
- Act as first point of contact for nursing staff and community-based patients requiring medical devices/supplies
- Maintaining working stock levels in wards and departments of items which are replenished from the Central Store
- Customer Service focused to ensure adequate education and support to service users around appropriate systems, policies, and procedures
- Contribute to team culture and health and safety of the team
- Undertake projects in a manner that shows initiative
We are a recruiting for a 1.0 FTE Permanent Full-Time employee.
The role can be based at Tauranga Hospital or Whakatane Hospital.

You will bring:
- Current, clean and full drivers licence
- Physically fit as the position requires some lifting
- Proven data entry experience - Windows based system
- Accurate data entry skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Effective team member
- Self-motivated can-do initiative
- Sense of humour
- Good common sense
