What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Ideally 8+ years in the electrical trade, with some leadership or service coordination experience
- People Leader: Someone who genuinely enjoys developing others and leading by example
- NZ Registration: Must hold a current electrical practising license
- Self-Starter: Motivated, organised, and committed to delivering great outcomes for customers and the team
- Great Communicator: Able to manage clients, suppliers, and staff with professionalism and ease
