Mail and Customer Service Offficer
- On call - work as and when required between Monday to Saturday: 06:00 - 17:30
- Location: 54 Sixth Avenue, Tauranga
- $26.84 per hour paid fortnightly

Working at our Tauranga Box Lobby on Sixth Avenue, our Mail and Customer Service Officer deliver an exceptional level of service to manage inquiries, requests or concerns from customers at our front counters and by phone. You'll champion our products and services, provide suggestions and access information for our customers.Each day is busy and varied and will see you developing your problem-solving skills.

What we need from you:
- Be available to work on call as required Monday to Saturday
- A valid NZ Full drivers license
- Problem solving skills - can you think on the fly and find the best outcomes?
- Administration and data entry skills
- Confidence to interact with people from all backgrounds face to face, phone and email
- Proven experience in customer service positions
