Confident navigating complex systems, youll ensure payroll configuration changes meet legislative and compliance requirements, maintain data accuracy, and follow robust system processes.As a subject matter expert, youll lead testing and quality assurance, identify opportunities for automation and process improvement, support team capability building, liaise with vendors, and contribute to projects that strengthen payroll integrity and reduce risk.SkillsA relevant tertiary qualification (IT, Business, or similar)5+ years experience in a large, complex payroll environmentSound knowledge of payroll legislation (Holidays Act 2003, Wages Protection Act, Parental Leave Act, Kiwisaver Act, etc.)Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)Experience with AMS Leader and/or UKG Workforce Dimensions (advantageous)Demonstrated ability to lead testing and quality assurance for payroll changes (advantageous)About the locationFor more information on living and working in Auckland click here.Working at Health New ZealandHealth New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is dedicated to ensuring excellent healthcare for the people of New Zealand.
