Experienced Building and Construction Labourers

We are on the hunt for experienced building and construction labourers to carry out a variety of roles on construction sites
You will be required to use your experience on site to safely and effectively carry out a variety of physically demanding roles on civil and commercial construction building sites, some of the regular tasks will involve:- Gib lifting and handling across building sites
- Digging trenches and holes for drainage and posts
- Using tools to demolish structures
- Waste disposal
- Material handling
- Assembling prepared wood structures, basic framing etc.
- Cutting timber to length using power tools
- Operating a variety of hand and power tools to cut and shape timber
- Cutting reinforcing steel bars to length
- Preparing concrete forms and pouring concrete
- Removing external cladding
- Installing insulation
- Be Physically fit to carry out manual tasks often involving heavy lifting
- Be Capable of being on your feet for long periods of time
- Be Drug free , mandatory pre-employment drug and alcohol testing is a requirement
- Have a Clear criminal history, background Ministry of Justice checks will be performed
- Have reliable transport - our sites range From Waihi to Paengaroa often with starts from 630am-7am
- Great pay rate $24 to $27
- Full PPE
- Guaranteed 30 hours per week
