Introductory Client Manager
Description
The position is a key part of a team based in Napier and is dedicated to providing a high standard of service to Clients, the Client Manager and the Branch Manager, to assist them to meet or exceed the individual and team objectives. This will include the delivery of quality service to clients, intermediaries and other divisions within Perpetual Guardian as well as achieving and maintaining a profitable growing business for Perpetual Guardian.
The nature of this position will ensure that the personal clients of each Client Manager receive an overall professional service that is compliant at all times, including those for which this introductory role has responsibility for. This position is designed to provide key support services within a team.You will be expected to provide advice to clients that may be of a technical nature particularly as it relates to Wills, Estates, Trusts, (estate planning) and any new products or services offered by the company.
No two days are the same, as the role offers a dynamic and diverse range of responsibilities on a daily basis.

- Provide accurate and timely advice to clients on technical matters related to products and services, including Wills, Trusts, and Estate Planning, among others.
- Manage end-to-end service delivery for our Customers and completing tasks such as Estate management, drafting Wills & Enduring Powers of Attorney, management of the ongoing day to day administration and compliance of Trusts and Agencies
- Ensuring all client documentation is compliant
- Identify and develop opportunities to generate additional new business and revenue
- Achieve the sustainable growth of the business in a compliant environment
- 2+ year’s administration and customer service experience, preferably in financial services or the trustee industry
- Relationship/account management experience in a professional services environment is preferrable.
- Trustee and Financial services industry experience are strongly preferred, but not essential. While strong professional communication skills are necessary, we will provide full training to help you confidently advise clients and promote our offerings.
- Strong customer service ethic and attitude.
- Ability to maintain deep relationships with clients and referrers via meaningful engagement.
