Auckland - Store Manager

At Service Denim we are passionate about all things Denim. We have 3 stores throughout Auckland where we sell Neuw Denim, Rolla's, Abrand. We are currently looking for enthusiastic customer service focused individual to join the team as a Store Manager.

• Achieving Store Manager KPIs, including cost and revenue targets.
• Managing, training, developing and motivating a team of retail staff.
• Effectively manage instore time sheets.
• Stock control and inventory management.
• Implementing and adhering to company policies and guidelines.

• Previous retail store management experience.
• Strong sales ability and a track record in achieving targets.
• A passion for training and developing your team.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ambitious and is passionate about fashion
