• A certified or registered plumber, gasfitter, or drainlayer with a PGDB license.
• A full driver’s license.
• Proven experience in commercial plumbing projects.
• Strong planning and multitasking skills.
• The ability to read plumbing plans.
• Experience mentoring apprentices.
• Clear communication skills.
• Solid knowledge of plumbing, gasfitting and drainage codes.
• A commitment to high-quality work and safety.
