Airport Delivery Driver - Queenstown
LSG Sky Chefs is an airline and retail catering company operating throughout New Zealand. We operate a service to airlines departing from Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch and Queenstown Airports.
Our Queenstown team is based at the airport and is responsible for preparing meals and other catering supplies and then delivering and loading our products onto aircraft and removing inbound airline supplies.
This role works in mostly with our delivery team. You will be operating our Class 2 heavy vehicle high lifter trucks and delivering catering supplies to aircraft at the airport. This is a high precision driving role and requires excellent communication and close-range, low-speed driving skills.You will need clear spoken English language skills.
In down time between flights, you will help packing non-food supplies for delivery.
Experience in a food manufacturing environment would be great, but what we really value is your reliability and enthusiasm.
Not only will we provide you with a clean uniform each day and a secure place to park your car, we will also provide you with a delicious daily main meal, yum!
New joiners start on $31.16 gross per hr and move to $33.30 gross per hr after a two to three month training period.

Ideal candidates will be- Able to present a clean criminal record
- Available across seven days of the week on a five-day roster
- Available to work alternative shifts if required
- Class 2 Heavy Vehicle driver license (Manual gearbox)
- Forkhoist certified is an advantage
- A self-starter who doesn't need constant supervision - you will own this role
