Nestled along the breathtaking Oriental Parade, Copthorne Hotel Wellington offers guests easy access to the city's vibrant scene. From the Te Papa Museum to the buzzing bars of Courtenay Place, we're at the heart of it all.

Now, we're looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to help keep our hotel running smoothly and looking its best!

This is more than a maintenance job - it's a chance to make an impact! As Maintenance Supervisor, you'll be hands-on, proactive, and ready to tackle anything that comes your way. You'll lead the charge in keeping our hotel's facilities in prime condition, ensuring our guests experience top-tier comfort and service.

What you'll be doing:

• Oversee the upkeep of guest rooms, public areas, and hotel facilities, ensuring everything is in peak condition.
• Conduct regular inspections and fix issues before they become problems.
• Tackle painting, plastering, joinery, and general repairs with skill and precision.
• Handle maintenance requests swiftly, ensuring seamless stays for our guests.
• Stay organized and keep work orders on track, so nothing gets left behind.

• You've got experience in joinery, electrical, or mechanical trades. Bonus points for hotel maintenance experience!
• You think on your feet and fix issues with efficiency and care.
• You work well with others but can handle tasks independently.
• This is an active role, and you're up for the challenge.
• Available 40 hours per week, including weekends and public holidays if needed.
• A natural born leader!
