**The Role | Mo tenei turanga mahi**
Are you a night owl?
We are looking for casual cover for our Awake overnight shifts. (11pm - 7.30am). Come and work in one of our warm, homelike environments where you'll have access to free Wi-Fi, an evening meal, and the opportunity to study towards a Level 4 qualification.

**The Team**
You'll be reporting to the Team Coach and joining our Pathways Wellington team who all have the common purpose to support people experiencing mental health challenges.
**About You | Mou**
You'll have a caring nature and the ability to work with people from a person-centred approach. You'll always work in a recovery-focused way and have impeccable attention to detail.
You will also need to have:
- A current full driver's licence
- A current first aid certificate, or are you willing to obtain one
- A New Zealand Certificate in Health and Wellbeing Level 4 (NZCHW) or a recognised equivalent, or currently studying towards this qualification or a recognised equivalent. This is not essential as there are options to enrol to learn.
- Knowledge of, and demonstrable commitment to, the principles of the Te Tiriti Waitangi.
- Flexibility and available for varying shifts
- There is also capacity for guaranteed shifts across the week for fixed periods of time.
- Casual employees can work across a range of services in three different areas of Wellington (Miramar/Brooklyn/Central Wellington, Tawa/Porirua/Titahi Bay and Kapiti).
