As a Recovery Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for a caseload of clients who need individual support because of the nature of their injury or needs.
In this role you will: Partner closely with recovering clients and their family, providers, and employersCommunicate by phone, email, or in some cases face to face.Facilitate a holistic rehabilitation plan to manage any roadblocks to ensure the best possible outcome for recoverySupport your clients in making meaningful progress towards their goals and outcomesAbout you | Mōu You may be an administrator or work in a customer-oriented field seeking career growth.
