Junior Recruiter

We're looking for a Junior Recruiter who’s eager to learn and ready to work closely with our Senior Salesperson in a fast-paced, high-demand environment. This role requires a candidate with strong computer skills, a background in customer service, and the resilience to handle long hours and sometimes challenging client interactions.

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the recruitment database
• Collaborate with the Senior Salesperson to understand client needs and job requirements
• Prepare and post job openings across relevant platforms
• Provide excellent customer service to candidates and clients, even in challenging situations
• Handle client calls, including situations where clients may express frustration
• Perform administrative tasks as needed to keep the process moving smoothly

• Previous experience in customer service or a related support role
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Ability to work long hours and handle potentially stressful situations with clients
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
• Self-starter with a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
• Must have NZ Drivers License
