As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the face of our company, working closely with customers to provide expert advice, manage rental bookings, and ensure a seamless rental experience. You’ll also mentor junior team members, help refine our service processes and play a key role in maintaining our reputation for excellence.

• Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and urgency.
• Advise customers on equipment selection based on project needs.
• Process rental agreements, manage returns, and resolve issues efficiently.
• Support training and development of junior team members.
• Collaborate with transport drivers both internal and external to ensure timely deliveries.
• Handle escalated customer issues and work towards positive outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes.

• 4+ years of experience in a customer service role, ideally within rental, construction, or related industries.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and juggle multiple tasks.
• A team player with leadership potential.
• Familiarity with rental management systems is a plus.
