About the Role:As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the face of our company, working closely with customers to provide expert advice, manage rental bookings, and ensure a seamless rental experience. You’ll also mentor junior team members, help refine our service processes and play a key role in maintaining our reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and urgency.
- Advise customers on equipment selection based on project needs.
- Process rental agreements, manage returns, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Support training and development of junior team members.
- Collaborate with transport drivers both internal and external to ensure timely deliveries.
- Handle escalated customer issues and work towards positive outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes.
- 4+ years of experience in a customer service role, ideally within rental, construction, or related industries.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and juggle multiple tasks.
- A team player with leadership potential.
- Familiarity with rental management systems is a plus.
