Senior Project Manager – Transformation
Term: Full-time hybrid contract until July 2026
I’m looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a complex, multi-workstream programme establishing a new entity in the water services industry. This role is critical to ensuring operational readiness by July 2026.
What you’ll do:
- Drive structured planning, scheduling, and delivery across diverse workstreams.
- Manage risks, issues, and interdependencies with disciplined controls.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and governance teams for seamless integration.
- Provide high-quality reporting and hands-on leadership to keep momentum.
What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience in large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects.
- Strong knowledge of PM methodologies (PRINCE2, PMBOK, MSP).
- Advanced scheduling and reporting skills (MS Project, Smartsheet).
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement capability.
- Experience with Billing and HR Payroll
- Service outsourcing.
- Local government, infrastructure, or water sector experience.
- You’ll need to be a doer, someone who can quickly delve into the detail and is able to pivot as things evolve.
