EPS foam is polystyrene products manufacturer based in South Auckland. The company is providing Polystyrene products in the building industry as well as reinforcing matierial.
Tasks Include:
studying drawings and specifications to determine suitable material, method and sequence of operations, and machine settings
checking f and assembling metal parts for accuracy, clearance and fit using precision measuring instruments
setting guides, stops and other controls on machining tools, setting up prescribed cutting and shaping tools and dies in machines and presses, and setting controls
forming stock and castings to fine tolerances using machining tools to press, cut, grind, plane, bore and drill product
cutting, threading, bending and installing hydraulic and pneumatic products
preparing pattern mechanisms to control the operation of machines and performing operational maintenance of machines, and overhauling and repairing mechanical parts and fluid power equipment
Set up machines (calibration, cleaning etc.) to start a production cycle
Control and adjust machine settings (e.g. speed)
Feed raw material or parts to semi-automated machines
Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools
Fix issues that might occur during the shift
Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or aws
Pay Rate: $35- $45 per hour

Keep records of approved and defective units or final products
To perform this job, the ideal candidate must have 2 years of relevant experience in relevant field.
Job Type: Permanent & ongoingPay Rate: $35- $45 per hour
Weekend availabilty: Must be able to work on weekend, if required.
