A relevant qualification (minimum Graduate Diploma; Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is a plus).
5+ years’ experience in health, safety, and wellbeing management, ideally within a healthcare or veterinary setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead across diverse teams.
Knowledge of health and safety practices in the primary sector or multi-site organisations.
Confidence working in complex or national group settings.
A personable, proactive, and resilient approach to workplace wellbeing.

Excellent organisation, time management, and problem-solving skills.
