About your team- Ko te tīma The Hazardous Substances Authorisations team carries out a variety of certification and authorisation functions in the area of hazardous substances to support compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
We work closely with industry and other experts, as well as with key WorkSafe teams including legal and policy.
About the role- Ō te tūranga We have a great opportunity for a Senior Advisor to join the Hazardous Substances Authorisations team for a 6-month secondment (either internal or interagency), which is part of our wider Authorisations and Advisory team.
This includes, exemptions applications, compliance plans and equipment approvals and compliance certifier applications.
What You'll Do- Ko tōu ake mahi Process applications and provide recommendations that contribute to a strong and effective compliance certification regime.
Assist the team in responding to peaks in the workload.What You'll Bring

Ability to maintain accurate information and to provide informative reports.

- Awhe utu As part of our remuneration framework the full salary range for the position is from $111,204 to $146,382, with an appointment range of $111,20 to $122,930.
