The Flooring Group is on the lookout for an experienced Senior Carpet Installer ready to take the next step in their career.
You'll be leading jobs and working alongside an apprentice – passing on your knowledge, taking pride in quality installs, and helping shape the next generation of flooring talent.But this role is more than just laying carpet.

What we’re looking for:- Strong experience in flooring installation (carpet essential – vinyl, LVT, laminate a bonus)
- Excellent standards of workmanship
- A proactive leader who enjoys mentoring others
- Clean and tidy work ethic
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Full NZ driver’s licence
- Competitive pay (negotiated based on experience up to $100k for the right person)
