- What You’ll Be Doing
Overseeing daily workshop operations and supporting the service team
Running and analyzing performance and efficiency reports
Maintaining smooth workflows and helping lift overall workshop productivity
Managing administrative duties, paperwork, and customer communication
- Who We’re Looking For
Strong customer service skills and a positive, professional approach
Previous experience in the motorcycle industry
WOF certification highly desirable
Relevant qualifications preferred
Comfortable in a supervisory role, with less hands-on workshop work when required
Confident managing systems, processes, and day-to-day operations
