Public Health Nursing is a dynamic specialty that blends nursing expertise, social sciences, and public health knowledge to protect and promote well-being at every level.As a Public Health Nurse, you'll be at the forefront of population health, assessing needs, addressing the many determinants of health, and championing primary prevention.

Working as a vital member of the National Public Health Service (NPHS), you'll collaborate across teams and communities to empower individuals, whānau, and wider networks to achieve their best possible health outcomes.

This position is based in Kaikoura and provides Well Child Tamariki Ora, School-based youth health and Public Health Nursing mahi.About youWe're looking for a Registered Nurse who is ready to step into a role that's both challenging and rewarding.

To thrive here, you'll bring:Current registration with the Nursing Council of New Zealand and a valid Annual Practising CertificateExperience in providing pēpi, tamariki, rangatahi, whānau-centred care in community settingsA Postgraduate Certificate in Primary Health Care Specialty Nursing
