Experienced Store Manager - Invercargill

Pay Rate: $25.00–$27.00 per hour (based on experience)

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Store Manager to manage the entire store operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in maintaining high standards, and is looking for stable, long-term employment.

• Oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure an exceptional customer experience
• Ensure compliance with all occupational health and safety regulations
• Determine product mix, manage stock levels, and maintain service standards
• Develop and implement purchasing and marketing strategies
• Promote and advertise the store’s goods and services
• Advise customers on products and manage sales transactions
• Maintain accurate stock records and financial documentation
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure smooth operations
• Handle budgeting and other administrative tasks as required

• Minimum 2 years of relevant retail supervisory or management experience (or a related qualification)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Excellent personal presentation and hygiene
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on retail environment

• Must be legally entitled to work full-time in New Zealand (citizen, resident, or valid work visa holder)
