Are you highly organized, proactive, and passionate about supporting leadership and people operations? Marlborough Boys’ College is seeking a dedicated Principal’s Executive Assistant / HR Advisor to join our team in a permanent, term-time only position.
About the Role
This is a unique dual role providing:- Executive Support to the Principal and the senior leadership team, including diary management, correspondence, and coordination of key school activities.
- HR Advisory Services, assisting with recruitment, onboarding, staff records, and ensuring compliance with employment policies and procedures.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Proven experience in administration and/or HR functions.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
- Be part of a supportive and dynamic school environment.
- Enjoy a term-time schedule that aligns with the academic calendar.
- Contribute to the success and wellbeing of staff and students at Marlborough Boys’ College.
