Hotel Manager

We’re a family-owned accommodation business offering 6 studio units and 1 two-bedroom
house. We are committed to providing a comfortable, clean, and welcoming environment
for all guests. As one of our management staff members is considering retirement, we are

looking for an additional manager to join us on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the motel, including high standards of
cleanliness across all units
  • Directing and overseeing reservations, guest bookings/cancellations, reception,
room service, and housekeeping activities
  • Supervising security arrangements, garden, and property maintenance
  • Supervise and coordinate with housekeeping staff
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle guest concerns professionally
  • Monitor stock, supplies, and basic budgeting
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Coordinate maintenance and general upkeep of the property
  • Handle difficult situations (refunds, overbookings, guest issues)
  • May provide guests with local tourism information and arrange tours and
transportation
Skills and Experience Required
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience or qualifications (diploma in hospitality
management or any bachelor's degree)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Basic computer skills
