looking for an additional manager to join us on a permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day operations of the motel, including high standards of
- Directing and overseeing reservations, guest bookings/cancellations, reception,
- Supervising security arrangements, garden, and property maintenance
- Supervise and coordinate with housekeeping staff
- Provide excellent customer service and handle guest concerns professionally
- Monitor stock, supplies, and basic budgeting
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Coordinate maintenance and general upkeep of the property
- Handle difficult situations (refunds, overbookings, guest issues)
- May provide guests with local tourism information and arrange tours and

- At least 2 years of relevant experience or qualifications (diploma in hospitality
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer skills
