Fleet Tyre Fitter / Service Technician - Dunedin
The Role
We are looking for a Fleet Tyre Fitter to join us in our Dunedin commercial store. As a tyre fitter you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our customers fleet vehicles. Your responsibilities will include tyre maintenance, on-site and in-store servicing and fitting, as well as maintaining accurate records and job cards.You must have exceptional communication and customer service skills as you will be dealing with customers face-to-face. This role will be working 45hours per week across Monday to Saturday, with rostered on-call hours as well.
To be successful you must have:- A full, clean New Zealand Driver's License
- NZQF Level 2 or 3 qualification, or a minimum of one year's experience working as a Tyre Fitter within a commercial setting
- Strong technical aptitude with good mechanical experience or skills
- To be physically fit and able to carry out manual work
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
