Remuneration: $ 73,695 - $ 86,700 (commensurate with experience)

About the Role

Make a meaningful contribution to Aotearoas health system by supporting the fair and effective implementation of Collective and Individual Employment Agreements across our workforce.

We have an opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive Collective Agreement Implementation Administrator to join our team. In this vital role, you will support the Collective Agreement Implementation Specialist with the planning, implementation, and monitoring of employment agreements across Te Toka Tumai Auckland.

The primary purpose of this role is to ensure accurate and efficient implementation of Collective and Individual Employment Agreements within our payroll system (AMS Leader) and time and attendance system (Mahi e Taea). This includes leading certain Agreement implementations, preparing and managing employee letters, and conducting regular audits to maintain robust, sustainable, and accurate processes.

About you

As the ideal person for this role, you will bring:

5+ years of New Zealand payroll experience
5+ years experience in a large, complex payroll environment
5+ years experience working with multiple collective agreements
Sound understanding of the Holidays Act 2003, Parental Leave Act, KiwiSaver Act, Wages Protection Act, and related legislation
A strong customer focus and commitment to providing quality service
Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Excellent communication skills and intermediate to advanced computer literacy
