We’re looking for a barber to join our academy barbershop and support learners as they build real-world skills, confidence, and industry readiness — all while working on real clients in a supportive, professional environment.This is a hands-on teaching role, perfect for someone who enjoys sharing their knowledge, shaping the next generation of barbers.
The role- Support learners in our academy barbershop as they work with clients
- Teach and demonstrate practical barbering skills
- Coach students through consultations, technique, timing, and professionalism
- Help learners build confidence and industry-ready skills
- Work alongside a supportive tutor team who genuinely care about student success
- Solid industry experience
- Enjoy mentoring, guiding, and encouraging others
- Confident working in a training environment with learners at different stages
